ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 12 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 1 day to let you know your order is on the way!

 

STORE PICKUP - Rod Robbie Bridge

Orders can be picked up at our booth on Rod Robbie Bridge during our work hours. Please send us a message before you come to make sure we are there.

 

HAND DELIVERY

Hand delivery is available for addresses within Downtown Toronto. (3km radius to Rod Robbie Bridge) You will receive your order within 1-2 days. Shipping fee is $5.

We offer free shipping for orders over $60. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is available for addresses within Ontario, Canada. Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 business days using Stallion Express. Shipping fee is $10.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

We offer free shipping for orders over $75.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 3-8 business days using Stallion Express. Domestic shipping fee of $15 applies to orders shipping to Canada outside of Ontario. (Extra charges may apply for remote areas. )

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

We offer free shipping for orders over $80.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA.

We may be able to ship to other countries. Please reach out to luckycatsnailart@gmail.com.

We offer 20$ flat fee delivery. Free shipping for orders over $100. Shipping time is typically 10-15 business days.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lucky cat’s Nail Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return and the shipping cost for the delivery. (Flat fee for your region is applied even if you qualified for free shipping. )

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at luckycatsnailart@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
